Workezy set out to connect customers with verified home-service professionals — maids, electricians, drivers, gardeners, and more — across Lucknow, through one trusted platform.
People needing everyday household help had no single, secure place to find and book verified professionals. At the same time, skilled workers had no organized way to reach steady customers. Workezy needed a platform that solved both sides of that gap — for customers and service providers alike.
Trai Inc delivered the complete digital ecosystem: native Android and iOS apps for customers to browse and book services, a dedicated Service Partners app for professionals to manage their bookings, a public website for discovery and onboarding, a CRM to manage bookings and provider relationships, and ongoing social media management to build the brand.
Workezy is live on the Google Play Store and App Store — both the customer app and the Service Partners app — rated 4.0★, giving customers a trusted way to book home services and giving professionals steady access to work.
